Glass Product Instructions
Thank you for choosing glass products from Shenzhen Launch co., ltd. To ensure the best use and extend the life of the glass product, please
read this instruction carefully before use. The glasses are packed in iron frames or wooden boxes, and each piece of glass is separated by paper
or cork to prevent moisture and reduce glass scratches.

1) Unpacking & Unloading Process
During unpacking and unloading and handling and installation process, measures should be taken to prevent damage to the glass. If the quantity
and specifications of the glass are found to be inconsistent with the order details, evidence should be collected immediately and contact our
company in time .

2) Inspection
Before use, the user is responsible for checking the product. If there is any doubt about the quality, the user should immediately stop using it and
report it to our company. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the user accepts our company's products.
During unpacking process, if you find that the product has quality problems, such as water ingress, moisture, scratches, damage, quantity
discrepancies, etc., you must first take photos as evidence, and notify our company for confirmation. Please do not remove the product label
before our company verifies the quality problem.

3) Installation
Glass is fragile. To avoid injury, please wear labor protection equipment when handling or installing it. Before installation, please pay attention
to the identification of the glaze/film surface and installation direction for colored glaze and coated glass.
For colored glaze glass, which belongs to decorative craft glass, it is not recommended to install it through light transmission due to the
characteristics of its craft. If it is installed through light transmission, the dark lines of the screen printing scraper and the pinholes on the glaze
produced in the process will be very obvious. The colored glaze surface is not suitable for installation outdoors, as it is easily affected by the
environment and causes color fading.

4) Cleaning and maintenance
The glass surface should be kept clean to prevent mold and other surface defects. When cleaning the glass on a daily basis, you can use a neutral
detergent with a wet-to-stick ratio, and then wipe off the residual liquid with clean water, or use special glass water and tools to clean the glass.
Glaze and coated glass are prohibited from contacting various strong acids and alkalis, strong oxidizing gases or liquids, and strong soluble
organic solvents to avoid unnecessary damage to the film layer.
If corrosive solutions such as lime water, cement slurry, etc. are accidentally splashed, they should be wiped with clean water in time. Under no
circumstances should sharp or hard objects be used to scrape the surface, glaze surface, or coating surface of the glass. It is very important to
keep the glass surface free from contamination. It is strictly forbidden to pull the PVB film or other behaviors that damage the edges of
laminated glass to prevent debonding, bubbles on the edges, etc. The sealant/structural adhesive of insulating glass should be kept intact to
prevent human damage from causing sealing failure of the insulating glass and condensation in the middle layer. For single-piece coated/glazed
glass, a compatibility test with the sealant used for installation is required before installation to ensure the safety of the product and the
installation structure. For glass with a protective film on the surface of the glass, the time to remove the protective film after installation should
not exceed 60 days, because the protective film material is affected by the sun's ultraviolet rays, etc., and is prone to aging, debonding, etc.,
which will eventually make cleaning difficult.

5) Storage
Glass cannot be stored exposed to air. Otherwise, when the glass is damp or exposed to rain, if effective measures are not taken in time, the glass
will become moldy, and bubbles and debonding will appear on the edges of laminated glass. Therefore, glass should be stored in a dry and
ventilated room. Glass should be placed vertically or at an angle of about 6°, upright on a solid A frame (or L frame). Glass of different
specifications can be stacked together, but effective spacer measures should be taken to avoid glass damage.

6 Special Tips
For single-piece coated glass, if you have no special requirements, the product label shall be affixed to the non-coated surface. For tempered
glass and laminated and insulated glass with tempered glass as the base, further processing such as cutting, drilling, and edge grinding that
damages the stress structure of the glass is not allowed, and the edges and corners should be avoided from being hit, otherwise the entire piece of
glass will be broken. If you can adopt the above suggestions, I believe that using our company's products will be very pleasant and valuable to
you and us; you are welcome to communicate with us at any time, and we will provide timely and high-quality services.
