Recently local governments in Guangdong Province have announced 2 days in a week Power Brownouts among industrial areas due to high demand of electricity in summer as well as increasing orders since Chinese New Year, to ensure people's daily use of electricity is guaranteed .
The Power Brownouts has caused long delay of production schedules for current ongoing and future orders .
