Core drilled spigots

Core drilled spigots are embedded in concrete. A specialist core drill is used to drill holes into the concrete slab through the surface pavers or tiles. Once the hole is drilled the piece of concrete is removed and the spigot is then inserted into the hole. It is grouted in place using a high strength pourable grout. Core drilled spigots have a flat cover ring to hide the core hole.

Flanged spigots

Flanged spigots are base plated with holes and bolted down to concrete, timber or steel. Each base plate has eight fixing points with oval-shaped eccentric holes that allow for rotational adjustment. Flanged spigots have a domed cover ring to hide the fixing bolts.
